From Pride to Humility
“Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall” (Prov 16:18)
“Pride seeks to ungod God”
“The question is not 'Do I have it?' but, 'Where is it'?”
“Pride is the beginning of every sin”
“Pride is so undiscerned by the most, that it is commonly cherished while it is commonly spoken against”
PBC Leadership has been greatly challenged and edified going through Stuart Scott's short book From Pride to Humility.
It's short, to the point, and almost every sentence could be a study on its own.
Be edified on your own, or grab someone else to study through this book together.
